Coconut Flour Fried Chicken & tomatoes
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 pepper
1/4 cup coconut oil for frying

Almond Butter Flaxseed Pancakes
Here is a healthier alternative almond butter with flaxseed pancakes recipe that he shared on the show :
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of flaxseed flour 
4 egg whites
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp baking powder

Coconut Flour

2-Minute Cake With Almond Flour

Ingredients
1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend
1/2 cup almond flour
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 egg
2 tbsp half & half

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until the mixture is even and smooth (no lumps).

Pour 1/4 of the mixture into a mug and microwave for 2 minutes.

Refrigerate remaining batter for later!
Cinnamon Cashew nut brittlemelt coconut oil
coat cashews
sprinkle with cinnamon
bake 10 minute at 400 degrees
Cookie Swaps
freeze 1 tsp whipped cream between 2 graham cracker squares
Chilled chocolate mousse1/2 part skim ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 tsp stevia
